As its name suggests, Tower is based around a fortified tower house said to have been built by Rheinalt ap Gruffydd Bleddyn in the mid-15th century and scene of an incident recorded by the poet, Lewys Glyn Cothi. Extended and modified in the 18th and 19th centuries.

The hours of opening will be from 2pm until 4.30pm or 1400hrs until 1630hrs
