Friends Membership
If you become a Friend of the Historic Houses Association, your membership card
will give you free access to nearly 300 houses and gardens in England, Scotland
and Wales.
HHA properties open to Friends include:
- Large and famous palaces such as Castle Howard and Blenheim
- Small and special houses such as Chenies and Owlpen Manors
- Some of the finest gardens in the land
- Winners of the HHA/Christie's Garden of the Year Award such as Hever Castle, Athelhampton
and Cottesbrooke Hall

Please note that there are no concessionary rates for senior citizens
and as a general guide most of our Houses give free access
to children under 5 years of age. The Association has no life membership and

show their membership cards in order to gain free entry. Therefore, Friends
