An Elizabethan brick house dating from 1585 with outstanding elaborate Jacobean stables of 1654 and an 18th century landscaped park. Architectural reclamation has helped Peover, too; although some panelling and the roof of the great hall is original, other panelling and bookcases have come from local demolished houses.
May-Aug: Carolean Stables & Gardens, Mon & Thu except BHs, 2-5pm. Tours of the House at 2.30 & 3.30pm.
