Unfortified stone-built Elizabethan and Jacobean manor house, probably begun by Richard Cotton in the 1550s, tithe barn, stables and church on an older moated site. Family possessions including collections of glass, ceramics, books, textiles, fossils and minerals as well as block-printed fabrics on display in the open studio.
