Whittington Court

Whittington, Andoversford, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL54 4HF

t:01242 820556

Unfortified, stone-built Elizabethan manor house on an older moated site, probably begun by Richard Cotton, who died in 1556. The good Elizabethan interiors contain two carved overmantels from Sevenhampton Manor - one showing the arms of Lawrence and Washington (the stars and stripes).
