100-year old gardens on the Welsh Marches looking to the Black Mountains. Created by three generations of the Banks family, 50 acres contain 4,000 rare shrubs and trees, including azaleas, birch and maples: woodland garden with outstanding collection of Himalayan species and borders reflecting the design ideas of William Robinson and Gertrude Jekyll.
