The Old Rectory is located in the peaceful hamlet of Great Waldingfield. Set in acres of grounds with a mixture of herbaceous borders, formal garden and lawns, the house and old stables are steeped in over 600 years of history. Principally Georgian, parts of the house do date back to the 14th century. The interior of the house has a spiritual theme originating as a prayer-hall, and then residence to John Hopkins who produced the book of psalms here.
