The present house is the gatehouse range of a larger medieval house dating from the 13th century. Its facade includes brickwork of c. 1510 and a later battlemented parapet. The interior includes features rescued from the demolished Hall Range, including a Charles II Grand Staircase.
Features: Courtyard garden of 1875 planted with roses, herbaceous beds and an elaborate box parterre.
The house is open every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 1st February- 29th March 2011. Tulip Sunday- 10th April
