Chatsworth is the home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, and has been the family home of the Cavendish family since 1549. There’s always something different to see, do and discover at Chatsworth. The House is filled with historic treasures, rare art and stories from Chatsworth’s past. In the Garden you can explore the maze, the unexpected outdoor sculptures and the famous Chatsworth cascade. In the farmyard and adventure playground, fun seekers young and old can come and meet our animals big and small. You can treat yourself in the gift, interiors, gardening or pantry shops and not forgetting the popular farm shop in Pilsley. Whether you want light refreshments on the move, a hearty three course lunch, or an afternoon tea, our cafes and restaurants have something for everyone.
