Birdsall House is owned by the Willoughby family. The family have been art and furniture collectors for generations and Birdsall houses highly specialised pieces including Chippendale furniture and work by artists such as Romney, Reynolds, Batoni, Winterhalter and Siebrechts. Birdsall has a rich family history with an unbroken line of family portraits from 1580. A very special family home with something to interest all who visit. The house is not open to the public but pre-arranged tours can be organised (see below) and are given by family members.
