The family enjoys a degree of privacy in the historic house and gardens, but interested parties should contact the Office regarding the possibility of being shown round in small groups. Members of the public are welcome to try the 8-mile Conservation Walk in association with the Countryside Stewardship Scheme. The beautiful 700-year-old Church is well worth a visit (large parties please make arrangements with the Office), and the Estate's pub, The Foldgate Inn, is a great place to pause for refreshment.
