Few buildings evoke such an immediate feeling of history as Tiverton Castle. Originally built in 1106, and rebuilt and modernised down the ages, all periods of architecture from medieval to modern can be seen. The medieval gatehouse now houses a fine Civil War armoury - try some on! - and interesting pictures and furniture.
Features: Beautiful walled gardens.
